Winter Season (January 3- March 31):

Up to 2 people ………….. $140/night.
Up to 4 people ………….. $160/night.
Up to 6 People ………….. $180/night.

Regular Season (April 1 - 6, April 12 -May 31, Sept - Dec 21):

Up to 2 people ………….. $180/night ($ 1200/week).
Up to 4 People ………….. $200/night ($ 1325/week).
Up to 6 People ………….. $220/night ($ 1455/week).

Main Season/Holidays (July 1 - August 31 and Eastern Apr 6 - 12, Thanksgiving Nov 20 - 25, Dec 22 - Jan3):

Up to 2 people ………….. $200/night ($ 1325/week).
Up to 4 People ………….. $220/night ($ 1455/week).
Up to 6 People ………….. $240/night ($ 1580/week).
