• CHRISTMAS/NEW YEARS (Dezember 22/’18 – January 2/ ‘19), 5 NIGHTS MINIMUM: $ 220/ Night – this price for 2 people,  add $ 21 per additional person

There is an additional $ 95 cleaning fee per stay, plus a $ 200 refundable damage deposit (minus possible damage in the unlikely event something breaks).

For 7 nights and up we give a 10% discount on the rental fee (base price for 2). Excluded from this are: WINTER, EARLY SPRING, FALL SPECIAL

Down payment via transfer to our account in NY or in Germany, through pay pal (+ 4% their fee).
