Brooklyn Guest Haus

This apartment is wonderful! All five of us loved the location of this charming and spacious apartment. The view of Manhattan from the close-by park is beautiful! We can only recommend this vacation home to everybody.

Fabulous! Superb! My parents, niece, myself and my son stayed with the Bauers 6/6/09-6/13/09. What a wonderful experience! The apartment was exactly like the photos. Very clean, comfy and safe. The subway is about a 10 min walk and all the neighbors greeted us everytime we walked by day or night. We found the grocery store across the park had everything you need. The Bauer family was very helpful if there was anything we needed. Stefan gave us the name of a car service to get us back to the airport that was great. This was our first trip to NYC and staying with the Bauers’s was the best! I hope we all get to return to NYC and we will stay with the Bauer family again! It was nice to have so much space and 2 bathrooms! We also found the corner store to be handy for ice, soda, and snacks. Dont hesitate to book your stay with the Bauer’s!

Alles ist am Abreisetag super gelaufen. Mit dem Taxi waren wir flott am Flughafen. Dort ging alles reibungslos. Wir haben uns superwohl bei Ihnen gefühlt. Alles war klasse. NY ist schon eine Reise wert.Und wir würden bestimmt gerne wiederkommen. Ich hoffe dass es vielleicht nächstes Jahr wieder klappt, denn dann würde ich gerne länger bleiben. It made all the difference staying in your apt in lieu of a Manhattan hotel! Despite having one less friend to enjoy the trip, we thoroughly enjoyed the extra space. Nothing beats your own room ie space when you want and need it!!

I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the feel of safety while walking to and from the apt. every day at any hour. Walking to the subway was quick and easy as was getting to Manhattan. I will continue to recommend your place for vacationing / getaways.

We rented this spacious, lovingly furnished apartment with six adults for five nights and we had a grand time there. Whoever wants to have a sense of returning home during their stay in New York will find it in the house of the Bauer family.

We really appreciated the family-oriented environment of this quiet (!) South-American neighborhood which was a welcome contrast to the hectic pace of Manhattan. We felt well cared-of by the congenial owner-family who lives next door and who provided us with tips re jazz clubs, car service etc..
